Excerpted from my TR: I had a friend from work who was in Las Vegas working a show, and I arranged to take her to dinner Monday and Tuesday night. She is married and younger than me, and I will refer to her as "A". We ate at Herringbone, and the meal was paid for with mLife gift cards. The restaurant is on the second floor and for parking, the North Valet is the closest. The restaurant is fairly large, larger than NOBU at Caesars. There is a restroom in the restaurant. There is a DJ IN the restaurant spinning tunes. As an appetizer, we ordered the small "cold plate", called "the dinghy" DINGHY* 4 Oysters, ¼lb Alaskan King Crab, ½ Maine Lobster, 2 Jumbo Shrimp I ordered the Sea Bass. CHILEAN SEA BASS - Farmer Market Vegetables, Citrus Miso Glaze (Note, it was in one piece before I took the first chunk out of it and "A" reminded me to take a picture.) Expertly done, very tender and tasteful "A" ordered the Poke, TUNA POKE Shoyu, Maui Onions, Toasted Macadamia Nuts, Nori Chips The dinner was very good, but IMHO, not worth the price. $165 with no alcohol.
