If I go to a host or the TR desk and ask if they can help with my bill and they say we can use your RCs and I say "no" (since I want these to use in AC to get into the Diamond Lounges) will they give me a hard time and blacklist me? Or should I just not bother and pay whatever I owe?

My knowledge of CET is limited, but I believe they always apply your RC first. Still, I can't imagine if you will be "blacklisted" simply by asking

Like UK said, they'll always use your RCs first, regardless of level. You could generate tens of thousands in comps. But the RCs will be used before discretionary comps.

Then I'll just pay what I owe. I understand that in AC you can ONLY use your RCs, no cash, to get into the Diamond Lounges. So, I definitely want to keep my RCs for AC!

Can you ask pit bosses Downtown for comps? I haven't ever tried but have given quite a bit of play and thought I should have asked for a comped meal.

I have been offered comped meals at MSS before by the pit boss. Things may have changed though. This was a few years back.

Wondering is anyone can explain the points I get when playing? At CET or MLife? MLife says session points? What does that equate to? Thx

What size/kind of bets and how much time at the table is a good enough to earn a free buffet or 777 voucher?

Consider ourselves low rollers. We budget $250/day each. I usually go to Vegas about 5 days/yr each with DH & Mom. I mostly play poker tournaments & .25 VP. DH plays some poker tourneys, some horses, some VP. Mom is VP & some penny slots.
When I join Moms card with mine or DH's card with mine, we are comped at most CET properties most Sun-Thurs nights; Caesars comps will even show up sometimes, and even the occasional weekend night (was shocked to get Harrahs comped next Friday with the WSOP in town). Even just my card alone will find some properties comped on weekdays. I only have about 600 points this year from a few days at our local casino.
And honestly, while we MOSTLY play at CET properties, we will play at other properties.
My point is--USE YOUR PLAYERS CARD. It is THAT simple. And if you are traveling with another, enter both players cards when booking to see what happens. (btw, I rarely book through offers, but just the TR rate calendar)

It's all about time. If you have say a $500 bankroll and sit for 10 hours and play.. (I stay on the same machine a long time too), you'll have a very high ADT. Then if you think you'll only play the next day for an hour, don't put your card in because you need to maintain that level of play every day on the trip to keep that ADT. It's about time, coin in and avg bet. I always combine cards when I'm with friends who are just on a one time trip because their play won't help them in the future. They all play on my card.

Oh and tables don't get 1/12th the comps a slot player will get. There isn't as much risk.

I always get RFB so I never have to worry but I spend ALL my RC's first then sign things to the room.

Is it possible to get comp'd for casino night/pool clubs? I.E. gambling at The Venetian and getting entry/a table at Tao nightclub or entry/a cabana at Tao Beach. Frankly I'd be way more interested in that than food comps
