Help me pick

I narrowed it down to Prime and Jean Georges for a great steak dinner. Which one would you pick?

Prime, better food and definitely a better atmosphere with the fountains. This all depends on your trip time too as I'm not sure how impacted Prime was by the fire. While the actual fire wasn't near Prime, smoke damage is rough and hard to get rid of in a short amount of time.
