Hello from St. Louis

    Marm(me) and Duke ( my husband) are on our way back to Vegas on the 29th of May. We are staying at Paris for the second time. We like playing slots and eating great food. I also love to play mini baccarat . We gamble here in St. Louis , earn points, then "eat" them in Vegas. We get a lot of comps between the two of us. Can't wait to be there and "play"! Thank you all for all the information from your posts!

    Welcome to the board and congrats on the upcoming trip. We do the same - earn most of our comp credits at Horseshoe Southern Indiana and spend them to eat in LV... LOL. I just read that CET sold the St Louis casino.... what will happen then for you...will you have to travel to another CET casino to keep your comps coming in? We were at the St Louis casino in Sept during the Great Race promo as one of our 6 visits. We really enjoyed it there. Hope you have a great trip!!

    Welcome, and greetings from Harrah's STL! I live in Hannibal and work in STL frequently, I like to stay at Harrah's STL during the business trips, even though I lose my a$$!

    It's going to be awful when this casino isn't CET owned any longer. My play here in STL plus my LV play is enough for diamond, I sure won't hit diamond on my 3-4 trips to Vegas each year.

    Welcome to the board, there are quite a few of us from Missouri on here. And enjoy your trip, Paris is a great prop, especially comped!

    Duke here .. It totally sucks for us that CET is selling Harrahs St Louis :cry: We have gone from being 15 minutes away from a Caesars property to being hours away. We are both Diamond ( I am already diamond for 2013 and Marm will get there while in Vegas in 2 weeks ) and enjoy being able to get the perks in Vegas that it brings . There was some good news here in St Louis recently announced . There is a casino called Ameristar owned by Pinnacle that has an agreement now with MGM Mirage that comps earned here at Ameristar can be used at MGM properties . So it looks like we will be playing at a new local place to be able to get to our favorite city ...
