    We did a few times but it was SOOOOO long ago I'm not remotely qualified to comment.

    I went last year and was underwhelmed. The spa is very cramped and loud. Therapist did a good job though, no complaints with the massage treatment itself.

    I suggest the palms drift instead, also on travelzoo.

    However, don't buy the travelzoo coupon until you are sure you can use it and you have a reservation. They have a restrictive return policy.

    Have used both the RIO and Palms spas and woudlk second the notion of walking across street to Palms.

    I haven't gotten any services at the Rio spa but have used their facilities (men's). The spa is small with 2 hot tubs, a steam room and a dry sauna. Staff is nice. Nothing special at all but it does the trick if you just want a soak and steam. Free entry for Platinum and above. $10 otherwise I think.
