From Urban Dictionary: Finnish word for determining the size of a customer-focused package of said goods or/and items. Translated from Finnish as "Mega bag".

I've seen a version of it available nightly at Bugsy's Bar in Flamingo - Not sure if it was the MEGA Pussi version or just the normal pussi version.
That would be a Uralic term for bag or flexible container.
As in "Big Bag" or "Megasize Me", and I'm holding my breath for comments on that one.
