These are the games with bonus symbols that allow you to collect enhanced bonus spins and play them whenever you want (Golden Apple, Crescent Moon, a pirate-themed one whose name escapes me).

I loved these machines when they first came out several years ago, but they quickly disappeared almost everywhere. And so when I discovered a whole bank of them at Paris, it instantly became my favorite Vegas casino and I have frequently stayed there or at Bally's ever since primarily due to my long-lost favorite slots. But now on my current trip, I arrive and discover THEY ARE ALL GONE! Apparently since my last visit in May, Paris has revamped their slot selection and become... just like everybody else, making room for whatever's new and hot at the moment.

I have tried to search for these machines online, but WMS/SG no longer has a locator; the CET slot locator still shows them listed at Paris; and Boyd's locator doesn't even have the titles, despite downtown being chock-full of other decrepit old WMS machines.

As far as I can ascertain, the last remaining Power Spins slot in Vegas is the single $2 max bet (Paris' were $4) Golden Apple at Planet Hollywood. (And every time I try to go play that one, there always seems to be an old drunk guy just sitting there. Seriously. A different old drunk guy each time, mind you, but always one there.)

There is a bank of them (3?) at Paris - or at least there was last month.

Hmm, that recently? Thanks, I will look again in case they have simply been moved and I somehow missed them. There used to a bank of eight of them at Paris, but where that bank used to be there is now a virtual dealer electronic table game.
