Harrah's Premium VS Flamingo Fab Luxury

I like the small balcony and the tv in the bathroom for the Harrah's premium room, but I like the location of Flamingo better. Both are showing COMP and torn between the two. Which would you chose?!

 

The good news is that the GO room has a TV in the bathroom, and its better. Its a little smaller but the sound is output through a bose speaker in the ceiling, plus the bathroom is much larger. Those Harrah's bathrooms are fairly small and steam up pretty quick.

You do not get the balcony though at Flamingo, but you do get large floor to ceiling windows with electronic drapes in the GO room. I would pick GO personally, but I thought Harrah's rooms were perfectly adequate!

 

Flamingo Fab Luxury rooms DO NOT have a tv in the bathrooms. Most of the bathrooms are the same as they were in the old deluxe room, perhaps with a new coat of paint.

When comparing rooms, the premium room I had at Harrahs was nicer than the Fab Luxury (NOT GO) room at the Flamingo. That said, I prefer the Flamingo property and love the casino, so I do choose to stay there. Have stayed there probably 100 nights in the last few years and rooms have always been very clean.

The GO rooms are alot nicer than the Fab rooms, you might be able to upgrade at checkin or sometimes they send an email prior to your trip and offer the upgrade for $20/night.

OH DAMN- I am sorry, didn't see you wrote Fab room, well my argument for GO room stands, but yes definitely upgrade to the GO room, it is even less than $20 per night on some nights.

 

I do not get the GO rooms comped, yet and I am going a Sun-Thurs so maybe that would help. thank you guys!

 

I personally do not think I would stay in any room at Flamingo except GO or above. The small touches make it more enjoyable when in room, the large TV, the electronic drapes, the large bathroom, tv in bathroom, body jets in large shower.

So if I had to choose between comped Harrahs Premium or Flamingo Fab, I would choose Harrah's. Harrah's definitely has the better entertainment options between Piano Bar/Carnival Court/and Toby Keiths on a good night. They have the better sports book as well.

The Harrah's Premium is a nice comfortable room. But its Vegas, you will have a great time regardless

 

I will keep the premium instead because of the better features, and not sure if I can get the GO guarenteed, and I agree the ent. options are better. and my friends are staying at IP so I can walk a lot easier to their hotel also.

 

Lets be honest here.. If your choosing between harrahs and flamingo then a nice hotel isnt that important to you to begin with.. I love the loctation and the casino at flamingo.. So i would choose that every time.. I think sinch both of them dont have that nice of rooms the location wins out

 

I didnt ask which was a nice hotel, I asked since I have friends staying at IP and I wanted to be close to them, I asked which was a BETTER room. But thanks for your "honesty"

 

What I was saying is neither have nice rooms. So go with the oje you like the location
