New table games going in for craps and roulette. With the online sports book and the increase in the number of shows lately there may not be a reason to leave Florida.

They have moved a few games around and taken out some of the bubble crapa games.

I need to head up to coconut creek tomorrow to see how their changes are coming.

Interesting. That looks like the larger gaming room just outside the high limit room, right? I am headed there tomorrow. Will be curious to see what is in place

Yes it is the circular area right outside the high limit room. They have a big spread of craps and roulette. There are also a few tables outside of it in one of the pictures above. The HL area doesnt have anything yet.

If you have a good host you should ask. I believe its a 300k winner take all with just 36 people.

Usually I dont gamble on Saturdays but I am pausing the Miami Georgia Tech game at halftime. If you see a guy wandering around in the high limit area wearing a hurricanes jersey that will likely be me.

Coconut creek is getting things set up. A few in the old overflow area and then some in the main gambling area.

For the curious, I just walked past the craps and rouletter tables they are setting up at Hard Rock Hollywood (still not open yet). All roulette is double zero and craps is pay double on the field and I did not see any bonus type bets at the top.

They were originally suppose to open the new table games on Thursday but now have delayed it to an unknow time as a result of last weeks legal issues .

Anyone been to both the Hard Rock in Tampa and in Hollywood? If so, which do you prefer (say for a weekend stay) and why? TIA....

The Hard Rock Hollywood is much nicer. Tampa has a bigger hard rock cafe and a wild card store (better shopping covered by resort credits) but everything else is better in Hollywood.

View of the sports book window being built at coconut creek. It's in the area where the old poker room was.

I have been to both this year a couple of times. IMO, Hollywood has the better "looking" property. I like to throw my money away in their slots, so, I would choose Tampa all day/every day as far as gambling. I felt that Hollywood's restaurants were sub-par compared to Tampa.

Can someone please share a name and contact number of a host at Seminole Hard Rock. Coming there for 10 days around Christmas and want to get set up beforehand.

They sent me an offer for a comped Guitar, Oasis or regular room. Any thoughts on Guitar versus Oasis? Looks like Guitar is high rise, maybe newer? Their website is a bit lacking in photos beyond the beds.
