Got denied by two workers and a supervisor.

Not sure if this is the right forum but it's been discussed here before.

They said since the package includes a flight they cannot match it. Not sure if this is a new thing or what but yeah. Heads up to anyone going on a Beau Rivage junket soon.

Most casinos don't match free play offers.

I would agree with this. In all my visits down there, this is the best deal I have seen. If they opted to not match because of the junket, well... their choice.

True. Never heard of it besides in Biloxi.

Hard Rocks website states they match though. Also, Island View, another casino in Biloxi said they match free play for new card members if presented with a competitors offer.

I found someone on trip advisor who said they matched theirs and cjcjcj on here told me they matched his free play from his charter flight package.

    Oh well!

That sucks. They did match for me in January. It took getting a host approval after initally only authorizing 40 bucks but I did get the 600 or 650 that it said on my mailer offer.

It does say on their website that they'll match any Gulf coast casino freeplay offer as long as you are a new player or been away for a year+.

Sorry it didn't work out but hope you had a good trip.

The way it was explained to me is that if you paid anything for the junket they won't match.

As an example, if your offer was pay $40 and get air and $100 freeplay they won't match that.

Maybe that's changed, but when I was there in January that's how it was done.

Weird. Because my junket was the pay 40 per person and then you get 40 in freeplay plus additional 600 or 650 whatever it said on the mailer for a total of 690.

This was in January and the HR gave me it all. I don't know if it was because it was my first time there and the host approving it wanted to try to get my play or what.
