Well we arrived an hour behind schedule because of a stop at the outlets but the wife is happy because she has new heels and a new shirt for tonight.

Did the $20 sandwich at check in. It got us 35th floor ocean view and a 2:00 check out tomorrow.

    Lobby bar a go go

No nice hits on VP yet. But Stella’s and pineapple upside down martinis are flowing.

First round of roulette didn’t go so well. Down about $200 so far. Back at the lobby bar. Johnny O and the classic dogs of love are killing it. Dinner reservation soon but don’t won’t to leave the lobby bar.

VP has been tons of 3oak but can’t get the 4oak on JOP or bonus.

Having a great time but the wifey might need a costume change. Her fancy new shirt is rubbing her raw.

    PS
Too many damn dogs at Hard Rock.( not nearly what there is as harrahs)I can’t escape the damn people with their fur babies!!!

Made it to council rock fish a few minutes late after a pit stop at the roulette tables. In for $100 out for $250.

    It smells amazing in here.

Review of council rock fish. Food was excellent service not so much. Just bad luck of the draw with service. If we sat one section over the service would have been excellent.

    -food- excellent
    - staff other than our server- excellent.

Would I come again. Yes, it was very nice. I won’t let one bad server ruin a restaurant for me. In a very rare instance my wife complained about the server and the manager was very nice and understanding.

Well this ran off the tracks.

After dinner the wife had a nice little run on monopoly for about a half hour, then the gambling gods proceeded to rape us for the rest of the night. We could hit anything on the tables or at slots.

Woke up early this morning and it was much of the same. Couldn’t hit anything. We are about even after these losses for the year. Thankfully I had two decent winning trips at harrahs since New Years.

Leaving now. May post a few more pictures when we get home but not of us winning.

That’s the way it goes sometimes. You just feel like crap when it does. Really mad at myself for going on tilt and chasing.

Still up on the year which is pretty good after two day trips and one overnight trip. The two day trips went so well I knew I was due for a stinker. Well that’s what I got and went on tilt to boot.

Here are the winnings from the trip to harrahs that I was bitching about of all of the dogs in the casino. Definitely helped with this weekends losses.

Dan, I go to Harrah's for one night trips and have lost on every single one -- so you're welcome for giving you the loot, lol. I lose about $1500 a trip, which is starting to get annoying because I've never won at Harrah's -- though I did get a $1250 handy once on $10 JoB

Thanks for the TR and sorry to hear you made a donation this time. The Hard Rock lobby bar looks pretty busy, they seem to be doing things right.

For me, it’s going back to this three reel machine in the HL room at Tropicana that’s $3 per spin. I have given back my winnings plus some, yet I’m drawn to it after a decent win several months ago.

I haven't been to Harrahs in years - glad to see they still have those bizarrely unique metal slug chips.
