Happy Thanksgiving to you all. I'm feeling pretty thankful that dinner was cooked by someone else and is ready for reheating. There was a problem in the condo we reserved so we got an upgrade. This is my view.

So my buddy is a legit chef (5 star restaurant, 7 course degustation type shit) and for the second year in a row he's travelled from the 1000 Islands to stay with us in Buffalo and cook thanksgiving dinner. But this year, there is a twist - "Mexican thanksgiving".

Right now my kitchen is awash with the smells of pork belly, chicken, tacos, tamales, enchiladas, frijoles... It's a feast in the making!
