Just noticed this thread, I received the email yesterday about the Mlife Presale:

Presale starts Friday Jan 22, 10am to 10pm PT

    Password: Mlife

To answer the original OP... I've seen GnR a few times throughout their heyday, the last being a double headlining tour with Metallica in the LA Superdome. As much as I like the idea of a reunion tour, I can't say that I really have any desire to see them again at this point as I'm sure Axl cannot possibly sound as good as he did back then and it still isn't a full reunion tour. Having said that, I hope all of you that do go have an awesome time!!

I saw Slash open for Ozzy in 2012 I believe in Seattle. I liked Slash's band but don't feel as though I would see GnR with Axl. Got turned off by his Pre-Madonna attitude back in the day.

Resale seems to be selling fast. It was hard to get tickets. I got two in section 11. Best I could get.

Didn't take long for this to sell out. I just wonder if they might add any more shows to the Vegas run?

Tickets were pretty expensive so I can imagine they'd do it if they knew they could sell out another night.

Chris Pittman, Richard Fortus, Dave Kushner, Slash, Axl Rose, Duff McKagan, Dizzy Reed, Frank Ferrer seems to be the general consensus.

I booked my flight. Gonna hopefully see if they add a 3rd or 4th show, to atleast ease the prices in the secondary market

    Axl, Duff, Slash

Not quite the original lineup, but they will reunite on April 8 and 9 at NYNY.

I thought they were playing the new T-Mobile arena those dates? Or is that a part of NYNY?

I wonder if Izzy Stradlin and Stephen Adler were invited & they declined, or.....?

I know that Izzy has been part of recording some new material, I had heard he may be "part" of the tour, whatever that turns out to be.

Damn, Izzy was always under the radar but I think he was a key part of GNR. I'll take Axl/Slash/Duff but I really wanted the whole original band. I'll guess I'll hold out hope with his comment "At this point in time...".

When I saw them Skid Row opened. I loved Skid Row :)

I can't make the Vegas shows. I'm hoping they do a summer tour. If they don't come to my area I'll go somewhere to see them. I much prefer to see them in an arena though. I hate stadium shows.

MGM just put out an awesome deal, 2 nights plus 2 GA tix to the show.

I may have an extra ticket, since I am not sure if my friend is joining me or not. I will have to pick it up at will call the day of the show(8th)

    PM me if interested

Can you post a link to the deal please? Can't find it but really keen on going to this show and, with Stubhub still at $275 a ticket, this might well work better. Thanks

I've seen them countless times, dating back to their Gazarri's shows on the Sunset Stip (They were "Shark Island " then, believe it or not...) Pre-Appetite for Destruction.

Several shows in Reno and Pittsburgh...when they were young and good

Now, the current rumor is Axl will be fronting AC/DC for their next 10 shows.
That I can't get a refund for. Anyone wanna buy 2 tix to the Cleveland show??
