Ate at GRSteak @ Paris twice and had the Ribcap both times.
This next trip really thinking about trying the Triple Seared Japanese A5 Kobe.
I think the 8 oz Ribcap is about $65 and the Triple Seared Japanese A5 Kobe runs about $35 an ounce with a 3 ounce minimum.

Has anyone tried the Triple Seared Japanese A5 Kobe and if so is it worth the price and how does it compare with the Ribcap?

Sure it's a much greater price,
and a little rough around the edges,
    but if massaged daily
it can really have a strong finish!

Just be sure to pair with a nice Cabernet
    instead of a Shaquille!
