Same here. I am a very low roller and get 3 nights comped with free play. The last trip I played pai gow poker exclusively approximately $25 a hand for about 6 hours a day for 3 days. I hope that gives you a basic idea.

I've stayed and played at the Gate multiple times over the past seven years and always had the basic comped 3 nights and food credit up until January of last year when the offers suddenly ceased. I have talked to the pit bosses, several people at the players club, a couple of people in management about being cut off. They all scratch their heads and say that they will look into it......still no offers. I normally play several 3 to 4 hour(sometimes much longer) BJ sessions during my Vegas visits, flat betting $10 a hand, sometimes I play two hands at a time. I also play craps and VP at the Gate every trip. A year ago last March (2016) I talked to the head of their marketing department and he said that he would take care of everything for me.....never heard from him again. I can't figure out what happened. I wish I at least could get a reason for the lack of offers, but I've been told that I should be getting them and still nada.

We consistently get offers for $20 in free play every two weeks and 3 nights in a room. It has been pretty much the same every time except that suites were offered a few times over the past couple of years but not consistently.

The one thing that is consistent is that we are all over the place with our play there. Most downtown visits are based on moving around a lot based on results and not on staying a certain amount of time.

I do get similar, if not better, offers at the D...where we usually play less.

Same for me. Used to get free rooms, some free play and dining credit. Now, nothing.

Since my stay in February, I consistently get 3 comped nights a month and some free play. I play mostly penny slots in the minimum or mid-range bets (if I'm drunk). I played about 3 hours a day for 3 days.

    Try logging into mygoldengateoffers.com
You'll need your player's card number, but that's it.
IF you have offers, they'll be reflected there.

Put in both of our email addresses and player's card numbers. Both say invalid password. No soup for you!

Don't put in your email. Only use your players card number.

I have checked their revised website every month about my offers and I get zilch. I used to get the Gate's mailers, but they quit 18 months ago. I have a trip planned the end of September. I still have the marketing guy's business card; maybe I'll call and see if he can do anything for me before I go out there. At this point all I am looking for is a straight answer and what do I have to do to get the offers coming again. I've played there each of my past three trips so far this year and several sessions during my trip last December. I play there often enough that several of the dealers and bartenders know me on sight. All I have to do is sit down at the bar and Valeria brings me a Heineken (my usual drink) without me saying anything. I think that qualifies me as being a steady customer; in fact I have been asked several times if I am a "local".

I tried both ways and get invalid password. I called the club and the girl sais I had the correct card # and go to the Golden Gate site, go to culb, click on my offers. Great idea except that tab doesn't exist.
