I'm sure there's some grandma of Italian descent resident somewhere in Vegas who makes the absolute best Gnocchi.
But you already knew that, right? So, do you want to know where you can purchase - restaurant wise - Gnocchi that is
handmade on site...and do you mean on the strip, downtown or just somewhere within the greater Las Vegas metropolitan region? :wink2:

Haha, could be any restaurant near the strip, near downtown, near the airport, in a casino, next to a casino, on top of a casino, across the street from a casino, etc.. Maybe anywhere an Uber will take me under 20-25$. But definitely not something too far like California,Vermont, or Idaho since this a Las Vegas forum.

Hmm, if it is served in a restaurant is it homemade?

I've had gnocchi I was proud to eat at Spiedini, Piero's and a few other places over the years.

We all know best is subjective. From my experience, I choose two of my favorites.

    Scarpetta
at Cosmo (when available on the menu or as a special).

Sinatra at Encore offers outstanding hand-made gnocchi. Just delicious.

Well since this thread tends to have some sass in it, I’ll bite. The best gnocchi I’ve had that tastes like homemade was at Portofino at Mirage which is now gone....

Wofgang Puck Bar and Grille at MGM Grand has really good homemade tasting gnocchi.:feedme:

    Haven’t tried it anywhere else.

Safe to say that nobody in the world has tried all the gnocchi that has been cooked in Las Vegas and chosen il migliore. Supposing someone has, there is still the question of how would you like it. You have a big craving for gnocchi and want a place that will sweep you off your feet when the gnocchi is served at your table, I know the feeling. I will never forget the gnocchi I had at Osteria del Circo in Bellagio, but you would need a time machine for that as it closed years ago. I second the recommendation to Sinatra. If I were in Las Vegas today I would also be curious to try something I had not tried there before, and so would mosey on down to Eataly by MGM Park, to La Pasta Fresca there. I see on their menu they have this,

    GNOCCHI POMODORO
    E MOZZARELLA | 17
Housemade ricotta gnocchi, Mutti tomato sauce, housemade mozzarella, basil

I bet it is worth trying. Bon appétit!

I changed the OP to "housemade" to prevent confusion.

I believe that would be GGOAT. ;)
