Getting from Bally's to Neon Graveyard?

    We are seeing the Bronx Wanderers 5:30pm at Bally's. Immediately afterward (7pm?) is it feasible to get a cab to the Neon Graveyard for their nighttime tour @ 7:30...or would we just be cutting it too close?
