Variance has caught up to me I had several nice cash outs over the last few trips But it seems like the house is out to claw it all back now I could not hit any of the ATS bonus at craps over several sessions At roulette, I'd say I hit a number just twice in about 25 spins, meaning my bankroll could not sustain itself At least I am having a nice lunch at Milos First time here I was all set to get the pre fixe menu for lunch But the ribeye caught my eye The octopus is great Ribeye cooked to perfection Definitely will come back to try the other items as well
A regular king room at palazzo nice view of the Wynn I should have just gotten out of V/P earlier Got brutally beat down but I just kept banging my head against the wall over and over Finally made my way over to Mirage where I actually made back a little bit of money This might be the worst gambling trip in my life... To date
I know this question gets asked a lot but what made you choose the Palazzo side over the Venetian? Just curious since I'm currently going through that same debate myself.
^ All of the above And I prefer the 2 craps tables on the palazzo side Although they were brutal to me this trip I do have to walk over to the Venetian side for the double zero roulette
Regarding Palazzo vs Venetian I agree with all of the above. When I played there a fair amount I would split my play between V (had the VP I liked) and P (I like the open feeling of the casino). On a related note, I'll never forget what a V/P reservationist told me when I was trying to move a comped room from V to P. She said regular tourists who don't gamble tend to choose Venetian, I guess as they aren't familiar with Palazzo and Venetian is the brand, but gamblers and those on comped stays tend to prefer Palazzo. I found that interesting but it makes sense. I also much preferred P when I was double booking with Wynncore as it was an easy walk over the bridge. The reverse is also true. If you wanted to visit Wynncore or the Fashion Show Mall, from Palazzo it is a quick and nice walk.
And wishing you mega luck @VegasDaytripper moving forward. Thanks as well for the pics of Milos. Love that place.
Nice pic of Wynn. If you click on my avatar, it's the opposite view at night. A view from Wynn looking back at Palazzo.
Ah yes I used to attend an annual convention held at the Wynn so that alway played a factor into which side I was booking the room Also, when you self park, the garage elevator opens right in front of the guest room tower elevators
I'll be back at palazzo on Tuesday Hopefully recover some or all of the money I deposited at the tables
Maybe my luck is turning around Got group A boarding for tomorrow It's the last position in group A but I will take it The last good trip I had, I got group B, position 1 So I really hope this is a good sign
So my host at v/P didn't tell me that there was a free limo pickup and drop off available on my last trip I only found out while picking up my room key and the free bet ticket I think it was available because I had booked my "birthday" offer I asked if I can get the limo pickup tomorrow but was told that it is not part of this offer Oh well
It was not stated in the offer But definitely ask when you book the birthday offer The casino also sent a flower arrangement or something to my room but I was not there and had the do not disturb sign on the door so the delivery person left a note saying delivery was attempted Call this number to rearrange delivery I didn't bother since I was leaving soon when I saw that note
I want to try Black Tap at venetian for the burger and milkshake tomorrow I may even squeeze in two meals since I am flying in earlier than usual So probably black tap at 11am... And depending on how the gambling goes Chica or something else at around 4pm
