Gaming areas legally must be open to the public?

    Well, of course not. That's why no one is comparing them. The discussion was about defining a public area, but you're not even trying to understand the point so let's just drop the subject alltogether.

    The casino must file something to the GCB for a game to be truly private. Then the game can have slightly different rules if the casino wants. Two players can handle the same cards etc etc.

    Areas designated private gaming areas have an application process, and once approved the casino can block those off, hence the Encore and Cosmo sky casino rooms; Wynn private salons, bellagio and Aria private gaming rooms.

    I'm not talking about the HL area since that area needs to be open to the public.

    What about access to night clubs. They limit access with fees to get in, but what about if you tell them you want to enter to gamble?

    I'm a member of the Moose Club and American Legion, both are clubs with a membership. We have been told at both places that even though they are private clubs they have to allow entrance to anyone should they want to play their machines. They do not have to provide any beverage service or any other use of the facilities other than to let someone try their luck on a machine.
