That surprises me (if he's an even remotely savvy BJ player that is)... all of the $15 BJ tables at Caesars pay 6:5... with the kind of money he must be earning, surely he can stomach playing $25 or $50 to get decent odds?

Bill Gates has been known to play $3/$6 limit hold'em in Vegas.

Boone only makes $1 M annually.

He should be stretching that dollar over at the Casino Royale, honestly.

Which I fully believe as an “I can afford to bet more but I choose not to” type myself.

I’m saying this from an odds perspective. Playing $25 3:2 is an objectively better game than playing $15 6:5. You’re throwing more money away by betting less in the former scenario, so I can’t see it as being a smarter play if you can bring a slightly bigger bankroll to handle the variance that ultimately results in a lower loss.

You're definitely right from an odds perspective, but it's likely that he doesn't really gamble much and doesn't know any better. Just like most of Vegas.

But he is the manager of a modern baseball team. A sport that is literally built on math nowadays. I would think he could recognize bad math and do it differently.

Also, the manager of the Yankees is only getting $1M a year?!? Wow, I would figure it is a $5M a year job just for the relentless BS sports coverage they get.

I did not realize the water falls were in need of repair. Very Kind of JR to fix and help out in PR. How long was she there for?

I am just getting a look at this TR now and all the comments. I have to go to frikkin cold ass Edmonton where I will be able to go through this bad boy. I am still getting tons of pics from JR who I think is starting to get feel regret about coming home in a couple days. Peurto Rico to Edmonton is gonna be QUITE a difference!

Ouch! You should do something nice for her, because that is going to sting a little.

As long as she's wearing something other than the bikini, she'll be fine.
