I swear I never gambled a nickel. I was in Vegas all day on Monday and also never wagered anything.

I am not admitting that my big comeback at the end, where a big loss turned into only a small loss for a 10 day trip, that I am beginning to work on JR for one more NFL weekend in Vegas. I have not even looked at any Vegas flights or bookings. HOWEVER, I did just book a couple nights at Caesars NOLA in March before we hop on a cruise.

I am gonna be eating a lot of char broiled oysters and jambalaya @MohrPfun.

I hope that those of you who subscribed have enjoyed the ride. We had an absolute blast as you could probably tell. In no particular order, my final thoughts.

- Though the weather did not cooperate for our Bryce Canyon day, we made the most of it and still salvaged a hike. I was really looking to a full day of hiking there so the rain was a drag.
- I wish I had observed the Firehouse/White Lion signage when we were walking into the Casablanca rather than when we were walking out. Very poor advertising effort by Casablanca. I mean, we were even in the pool during Firehouse soundcheck and there was nothing outwardly observable on or near the stage. Had we known that concert was happening when we arrived in Mesquite, we would have stayed.
- I think my new favourite game could be Major Multipliers. Big swings but a lot of fun.
- Two Royals over the course of my gambling felt fair but I could have used a little more.
- Always nice to get a bit of a comeback at the end of a trip when you are down. After that big win on STPJP's, though it may not have looked like it, I dialed back the gambling pretty hard after that.
- That day bed rental at MGM came in at only $150. They say it seats four. I would pump the brakes on seating four but three is more like it. Regardless, it was a well spent $150. The drinks and food came to about $230 which is pretty cheap for a full afternoon for three people, by Vegas pool standards.
- There is NOTHING like Circa for an NFL Sunday. Everything else is 2nd place in my humble opinion. What an absolute blast.
- I have multiple NFL jerseys but when I wear my Steeler's jersey, it gets the loudest, shout outs and hoots of camaraderie.
- Upper Antelope Canyon is cooler than Lower but they are both other worldly. We booked a specific time to get the sun beams in our photos and yes, those times cost more to book.
- I cannot imagine hitting up Lake Powell without renting a seadoo. We often had Navajo Canyon to ourselves as the lake was a little less busy.
- We did Zion for the fourth time but time lines and weather restricted our desire to walk the Narrows. Next time.
- Mesquite for a day, followed up by five days in Vegas, is too much gambling for me. The chances of doing that kind of stretch again are quite remote.
- Of our three Vegas rooms, I liked the MGM one the best. But I gotta say I am not in love with the MGM casino like I used to be.
- The visit from our Tucson friend was fabulous. JR and her spent a lot of time catching up. Between the two of them they have some crazy fun stories. They both flew as cabin attendants in their younger days. JR flew a lot of professional sports teams, our friend's flew a lot of private charters including the Eagles and the Rolling Stones.
- I will start checking with JR about squeezing in another Vegas NFL weekend but schedules may preclude that from happening.
- My apologies to @VegasMonkey I did not immediately see your kind suggestion for meeting up for a sociable. I am quite sporadic looking at my TR's during the trip until the next day or even at the end of the trip. I still have not gone through all of these pages.
- Eff CET and their purposeful speed bumps/barriers they put up to get gamblers their entitlements.
- David Spade was funny but Nikki Glaser was has surpassed him IMO.
- I think that's enough.
- To any of you currently in Vegas or going to Vegas, may you buck the odds and get that money.

No worries. Our plans changed a little as well. But since we have now moved to Vegas, we can always meet up on your next trip.

Great trip report as usual. I wish i would have followed along more closely, i was probably within feet of you at Circa on football Sunday and would have loved to stop and say hey. Maybe next time.
