I love fried shrimp, but it's usually the frozen Chinese restaurant-style and not very good.

Has anyone had fantastic fried shrimp in Vegas? Please share!

Fulton Fish Frye in NYNY had pretty good fried shrimp. And off strip Lola’s Lousiana Kitchen was good shrimp, gumbo, etc.

Call me crazy, but I've never had bad fried shrimp at Red Lobster. I mean this with 100% sincerity.

Last trip to LV. The tempura served at Roy Choi's Best Friend included the best fried shrimp I've had in LV.

To be thorough: as served, even the server noted "wow, those are the biggest shrimp I've ever seen served in that dish" so it might have been a newly updated dish, or maybe I just got lucky that night.
