    Hi everyone.

I thank you very much for your help on my prior thread. We booked the Cosmo for our trip on the last week of May.

As part of my trip, I'm going to be doing a good fair bit of shopping and I want to plan to treat my husband to a nice dinner as a surprise. He enjoys french restaurants in specific.

Any recommendations? We did Bardot Brasserie at Aria last time. While amazing, I want to ensure we do something different.

I would like to stay around $500-600 after nice bottle of wine if that helps for price point.

Eiffel Tower at Paris, well within your price point.

    or, alternatively

Bouchon at Venetian (a Thomas Keller restaurant)

For French/Continental I always suggest Pamplemousse. It's independent and not that bad a taxi ride from the Cosmo area.

L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon (MGM Grand) is excellent, and might fit in your budget. With Las Vegas markups, a nice bottle of wine could run to $300 or more but, assuming a more modest selection, you should be OK. While there are a few tables off to one side, the best seats are at the food counter. If you have the time and the appetite, there's a fine degustation menu that has about eight to 10 courses.

Le Cirque @ Bellagio is a must for us every trip. Great tasting menu and within your budget if you don't get crazy with wine.
