We have reservations at the Fremont in March for out first 3 nights. This will be our first time staying at the Fremont Hotel. Our question is does the Fremont Hotel have any rooms that face Fremont Street that are Under The Canopy? We don't care about the load music or the noise. We thought it would be cool to have a room where we could look out the window and see Fremont Street.
    Thanks

The lowest floor we've gotten is 4th and it's above the canopy. I don't think they have any that are under the canopy. I've had a room under the canopy at Four Queens, it was cool and also very noisy.

I stayed in a lowered floor room that faced Binions. Could see under the canopy, the noise from the FSE was a little irritating but the most I remember was the small rooms and bathrooms. It was good because I was close to the elevator that opened directly into the Fremont casino.

Here is my view from the fourth floor at Fremont, room 456 I think. Thank God the window opened because Fremont Street smelled better then the room. After one night I asked to move and they put me on the 11 floor facing Binions. That room was good.

The noise on the 4th floor didn't bother me. The room smelled bad and the shower/tub didn't drain so I was above my ankles in water after a shower.

Room 351 was roughly even with the canopy and the view was fully obstructed.

The 2nd floor is all offices and administrative. On the 3rd Floor, the front half of the building (Fremont facing) is mainly conference rooms. So the 4th floor is the first floor full floor that is occupied by guests front to back. You've seen the view from those rooms (above).

Here is a room on the 3rd floor. Arrived after midnight and didn't think of making a specific room request.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, under the canopy, but couldn't see anything. The signs were in the way similar to the previous post. Didn't think about getting a picture. 20 years in between stays there, and will probably be another 20....unless last minute again and Cal and MSS are sold out....and nothing at Sam's or Orleans.... :) Was nostalgic though as it was the first place we stayed in together after we turned 21 and made "our" first trip on our own....buried the lead a bit, but by we and our, I am speaking of my wife and I. :)

Here is the "view" from our room on the 3rd floor, about three rooms back from Fremont Street. Across the hall were the meeting rooms. Ended up being a quiet and convenient location, so kept it the rest of the stay. 20190211_073554.jpg
