When I did it you just showed your boarding pass to the player's club.

Actually it's just an advertisement in the inflight magazine or an advertisement inside the plane usually located on the overhead bins (sort of like the advertisements inside of public buses). No coupon is needed. However you do need to show your boarding to the players club within 24 hours of arrival.

In theory, could I book any flight to LV during my vegas trip on Allegiant just to get a boarding pass (Not take flight since I am already there) if the flight was cheap enough that I get positive expected value between the multiple offers?

I'm pretty sure you could. And being able to do these promos at those 5 casinos means you'd have about $95 in expected winnings, which you can easily find cheaper allegiant flights for if you book at least two or three weeks out.

And I don't think it's violating the spirit of the deal at all. Allegiant gets its money either way, so give it a try and let us know!

Yes I've presented them home printed boarding passes. And yes in theory it's possible to book a flight without taking the in order to obtain a boarding pass to take advantage of these deals. Los Angeles to Las Vegas is $39.

I'm no goody two shoes, but I don't understand why some people invest so much time trying to scam somebody out of something they don't deserve.

I wouldn't either but to each his own. BTW Spirit might only be good for The D & Golden Gate. Allegiant should good for all 5 properties. Last year when I did The D matchplay showing my home printed Allegiant boarding pass I got the $50 matchplay chips (two $25 bigger than normal matchplay chips about twice as big as a normal chip) I asked the booth person if the promotion is only good once per year or some other time frame. The booth person indicated that no restrictions were in place and if I came every month I could get one every month with a new boarding pass. What I didn't know was that I could have walked over to Golden Gate and gotten another $50 in matchplay chips. Next time I'll know. And I didn't know about the Boyd's play $50 and get $25. Next time I'll know about that too.

Allegiant only works at Golden Gate for the match play. Spirit works at the D (and I don't think it works at GG). Also not sure if Spirit has any of the other deals.

My wife and I have used the Allegiant match play at the Golden Gate twice. We played roulette and one of us bet on black and the other on red. This strategy would pay off as long as a green number didn't hit. We were able to do this once but the last time they refused. I didn't know about the Boyd promotion and I am looking forward to trying that on our next trip.

Spirit still works at the D? Used it last year, thought it had stopped. If it works anywhere else, please post! Will be there end of April.

Made a couple calls yesterday about this offer as it may have influenced our flight choices. Current offers for D/GG are $50 MP @ D for Spirit, $50 @ GG for Allegiant. Boyd players club stated their Allegiant FP offer expired 12/31 but is expected to come back in the spring or summer.

Matty...i showed my allegiant boarding pass at El Cortez yesterday won $10 free slot play and received a free drink coupon and $10 match play coupon....Note if you're using the Allegiant App make sure you screen shot your boarding pass...im glad i did because by the time you get to your Hotel the boarding pass vanishes from the app.

Thank you for that info! I fly out Sunday. And to confirm, it’s no problem to use the boarding pass from the app right? Or do I need the printed out boarding pass?
