Is the $100 food credit for each year you are a member?
Is this credit good at any CET restaurants including steak houses or only specific places?
Is the $100 credit for one meal or can you have a $50 breakfast and a $50 lunch?

For the show tickets, do you send you random tickets or do you get to choose from any CET show?
Where do you go to acquire these tickets? Do you have to contact the Founder's Card people or the Player's Club.

My understanding is that you get a Diamond Card with your Founder's Club membership, so all rules for Diamond Club members apply.

Is the $100 food credit for each year you are a member? - Subject to the rules of Diamond membership yes.
Is this credit good at any CET restaurants including steak houses or only specific places? - Subject to this list, and the redemption rules.

Is the $100 credit for one meal or can you have a $50 breakfast and a $50 lunch? - AFAICR, it's a $100 voucher that you must use all in the one meal. Any overage must be paid for in RCs or cash, anything less and there is no "change".

For the show tickets, do you send you random tickets or do you get to choose from any CET show? - They are the regular Diamond club shows.

Where do you go to acquire these tickets? - At the TR booth in the casino.

Yup. Once you get the upgraded status you just go print out new cards at the TR desk, and everything from there is normal Diamond member operations. Giveaways, Atlantis trip, the aforementioned shows and dinner celebration. The only place you'll encounter a snag at is Diamond lounges in AC, which require earning 25K tier credits the prior year to avoid a $10 (rewards credits) per person surcharge. Otherwise, you're good to go.
