Is it weird that I'm not jealous of your four aces, but have instead spent my evening enviously comparing the picture of your omelet to a picture I took of mine from last year. Looking forward to reading the resolution on the not comped meal.

Still amazed with those four BJs. ;) Even more crazy than you hitting the Downtown Deuces!

Nice hit on video poker - great save for the bankroll. Hope the "Redwood issue" gets worked out in your favor. Omelette looks great.

Finished off the day at Main Street playing Aces no Faces and saw this guy on the most amazing quad run. I went over after I'd done playing and told him he was very lucky and way to go etc. He hit 8 or 10 quads, maybe a dozen.

My best run of all time was ten in an hour on single line dollar jacks.

I hear what you're saying, but, with CET's recent financial troubles, Jimmy may be worried if he sold the software on credit his receivables would soon all be in arrears.

    Cheeky concept, though.

"Every trip to Vegas is different, isn't it."

I certainly agree with that sentiment!

Thanks for the trip report and its wrap-up. Even if served in daily doses, yours are always worth waiting for!

Any idea what kind of coin-in you're generating these days to get those offers?

    You're welcome, and thank you.

At the Cal I'm around $5K a day these days. At TI I did $10K a day for a while, then $5K, then $1.5K - the offers there have dwindled commensurately to nothing. I enjoy staying there but the slim picking of machines to play continues to get slimmer and pickeder.

I'm going to have to pay more attention at the Trop - I low-played them (I thought) two trips ago and the offers went up. And since the No-Roller trip, they went up again. I'm doing something they like. I don't think I averaged more than $2K to $3K a day there. Maybe they like that I lose money?

That seems...within the realm of possibility.

Thanks for the statistics. I know what you mean about TI. I can't think of a single video poker machine there that I want to play now.

Enjoyed reading your trip report - I liked the day by day reporting, not too much to read all at once and something to look forward over several weeks. You certainly find yourself in some very interesting situations, and your enjoyable and interesting retelling of your (mis)adventures is not to be missed. Looking forward to your next report.
