Flamingo pool question

    Anytime I'm walking around the Flamingo habitat area I see this slide with no water running down it.

    Maybe it has limited summer hours and I'm always there at the wrong time but I feel like I'm in Vegas enough that I would've seen it operational. So what's the deal with this water slide in this picture?

    It wasn't operational last June, not sure if it's used at all.

    It is managed by the same company that used to be in charge of the "moving" walkway in front of Bally's

    I've been staying there for years and I've never seen it operational. I'm sure it has to be permanently closed, just too much hassle to remove.
