Staying at Venetian this trip and want to make sure we have some insider info.

We love Canyon Ranch and always spend several hours there. I don’t think the Aquavana section is included in the resort fee?

    Which restaurants should we try?

I've tried Mott32 which is great for Chinese food although a little pricey. Yardbird Southern Table is a must, their fried chicken is superb. Bouchon is great for Brunch and their pastry is out of this world. I hear Once and CUT is good, there is the new Steakhouse opening there called Smith & Wollensky (apparently reopening on the strip).

There are so many this vs to keep you busy at Venetian and Pallazzo. I enjoy every visit exploring the many food options to shopping and even catching the entertainment at St Marks square.

Morels and Bouchon have good brunch options. There are many delicious options for happy hour and my favorites are Sugarcane and Sushi Samba.

    Enjoy your stay!

Im there next week too. Note that the Venetian pool is closed so pool is packed unless you get there early. CUT is great but they increased their steak prices by $20 and after seeing the reviews on Smith and Wollensky I may switch to there. Lavo meatball with whipped ricotta and calamari are excellent, Bouchon for breakfast, Tao for sea bass, Chicken and waffles at Yardbird, Sushisamba, Grimaldis pizza(can't be comped off). If you are platinum the Platinum lounge on Palazzo side has great macaroons, snack and drinks

Bouchon has two bakery locations in the casinos in addition to the main restaurant

Can get pastries and sandwiches quick unless the line is long

Grand lux also has a quick order section for sandwiches, salads...

I absolutely love the pool but this construction has seemed to go on for ages. When I was there in April it wasn't too bad if you go early before about 10.

Lavo And the upstairs is open weekends with a small bar and a small semi private casino. It’s pretty cool
