Since I'm mostly at Ballys, my favorite for something "simple and tasty", for dinner... cup of soup and a sandwich at Nosh Deli @ Ballys...or 2 slices of pizza w/a soda at JJ's @Paris...

OMFG YES! ... thought it was only me

And hey OP - maybe check out groupon/travelzoo/resturants.com I wanna say they each have at least a couple of strip restaurants. But I agree with others, check Linq or Miracle Mile for mid strip. Bruxie is a chicken and waffle sandwich place near 'the park' that I'm looking forward to trying. It has some pretty stellar yelp reviews and most of them say the $10-$15 sandwiches are big enough to share. Plus they're open 24 hours. Sounds like my kinda NOMS!

About a month ago. Sorry I dont have details but there was a groupon or travelzoo something for Miracle Mile eateries. Something along the lines of $10 for $20 worth of food. Not sure if still available and where I saw it but might be worth looking around for. Add another vote for Ellis Island. In and Out and Earl of Sandwich.

Trying to remeber pricing at Blondies in the Miracle mile maybe a little bit more than you want to spend but not that much. Wife likes Earl of Sandwich also at MM. I think that there are a lot of options just pay attention to the specials as you walk around.

The crepes at the crepe stand in Paris are good, big and affordable.
    In 'n Out Burger
    Earl of Sandwich
    Burger Brasserie at Paris https://www.caesars.com/content/dam/plv/Dining/Casual/burger-brasserie/05_dura_1010jk.pdf
Ellis Island is one of my favorites
Margaritaville has some options - I know the Volcano Nachos were good when I had them a few years ago
    Yard House
    Stage Door
Casino Royale has Denny's, Outback, White Castle and a food court
Lots of places around to grab a quick slice also.

That's what I can rattle off on the top of my head - Good luck!

Marilyns Cafe at Tuscany is very good. All entrees come with choice of two sides and most are under $10.

Many restaurants serve large portions so they can be shared. I've done this at Cheesecake Factory, Hash House GG, the various resort cafes (Bellagio Cafe for one).

a lot of great advises here , i tried the in and out burger but that place is highly overrated(ok the animal sauce is ok but overall shake shack is better....dont see much difference between them and mac donalds both ok but not great)
for me my favoirte is the cheesecakefactory->forum shops caesars at end....pretty good quality price....for about 25$ you have a great meal(with drink and 25% tip included)

    tequilla teq at ballys
Ellis island(the californian 6,99 breakfast is a great deal)
and yeah the lil french bakery (paris)is awesome as is nosh but they are both reasonable expensive (but hey you are in vegas)
    Peppermill (near encore/wynn)
for a late night snack the three chilli dogs with fountain drink for 5,99$ at eatwell (cromwell)
123.JPG hash house (forgot name of dish but i thought it was sage chicken)

431.JPG Spicey cashew chicken at Cheesecake

592.JPG Hashouse again the fried green tomatoes(ask for it as its seasonal)

Not really mid strip, but Bruxie down between NYNY and Park MGM is good. Ate there twice on our last trip.

Just an FYI regarding Bruxie, their website lists their Las Vegas hours as follows:
    Sunday – Thursday 9AM – 11PM

    Friday – Saturday 9AM – Midnight

Ooh, I didn't know about this one. Every now and then I get a craving for a hot dog and rarely ever find one. We will be staying at Caesars soon so this may be a good nearby option. Thanks!

Went there before the UFC last month, and the food was good.

Agree on the portions being very big, too.

I will second the creperie at Paris....right along the walkway to Bally's. Good sized portions made in front of you.
