We usually arrive in Vegas with $300-$500 in CET reward credits. Two of our favorites that I haven't seen mentioned in this thread:
    * Giada at Cromwell. Full disclosure: we've never actually gotten a table here. Pretty much every night we swing by around 10:00 and have appetizers and drinks at the bar. The bartenders are great (Jovanny was a great one in August), the cocktails are delicious (my favorite: the Serpico). We usually make a "dinner" out of appetizers. Last time we had: bacon wrapped dates (amazing), a selection of cheeses and meats (burrata and prosciutto were favorites), and I think one of the pizzas.
    * Mesa Grill at Caesars. Again, good cocktails. I can vouch for the shrimp tacos and the green chile cheeseburger.
