I think NOBU at the Hardrock is the greatest restaurant in the world.

Breakfast: Bouchon, the only place I've been to more than three times.

    Lunch: don't really eat it

Dinner: best would be Joel Robuchon at the very high end and Mon Ami Gabi for the atmosphere and good food.

Brekkie - LOL no it's Vegas I'm not up in the morning!
Lunch - usually just something quick and easy; sit at the bar pub grub like Ri Ra, Nine Fine or TAP fits the bill.
Dinner - STEAK. I try to check out the main steakhouse at whatever resort I'm staying at. This trip I have reservations at Tender and Gallagher's (my go-to), but that leaves two other nights to stumble in somewhere else!

I first tried Gabi for dinner and it was spectacular. Breakfast is also absolutely wonderful and you should definitely check it out.

Breakfast: Mon Ami Gabi - Love love love the french toast and coffee, mixed with watching the strip slowly come to life.. Great start!
Honorable mention to Jean Philippe Patisserie for crepes
Lunch: Morels for the amazing cheese fondue on the patio, see above for people watching
Honorable mention to 550 for a great slice to go
Dinner: Picasso for an absolutely impeccable dinner, service, scenery.
Honorable mention to Javiers (tho the atmosphere not as nice as the food) and MAG for a perfect meal/scenery/service
Late night: Peppermill :) (surprised it hasn't been mentioned yet)
Honorable mention to Pinks - my first "food" in Vegas so forever a soft spot, but love the mini-corn dogs.. and you guessed it.. people watching on the patio.

I always make (at least) one stop at In-n-Out during my Vegas trips. Best burgers in the west.

Breakfast-Tableau at Wynn-great service, beautiful room, excellent food, but it's the pastry basket that makes it perfecto.

Lunch-Mon Ami Gabi, Spago terrace or Trevi-good food and good places all, but it's about the terrific people watching and Vegas vibe.

Dinner-Sinatra at Encore, preferably veal parmigiana-restaurant joy and happiness in the perfect room with perfect food and perfect service. Sigh. We'll be there soon, counting down, counting down, ...............

Breakfast is Eggs Benedict at Marilyns Café at Tuscany.

Best steak I had was at Andiamos at The D. I had the porterhouse and it was the best I have had.
