Fast and Furious: The Drive For Social Security will be the title of the next instalment of this tired hack.

How many of these will they make?

It's slated to go all the way to a 10th movie. It's been retrofitted as three trilogies: the original, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Fast & Furious (#4); movies 5-7 and movies 8-10 with Toyko Drift hanging around as an after thought.

As long as people keep paying to see it they will be happy to make it.

I made a comment to my son about another Fast & Furious coming out...."what are they gonna do now, drive a car off a fuckin jet?"
    "Dad, already done it"
"Hummm, I guess this one there gonna drive a car off the moon."

    Fast and Furious: Origins
    A prequel!

The story opens to four-year-old Dom on his rusty trike. Dinging his bell as he stares down the toddler on the brand-new trike to his left.
20 yards down the sidewalk, a girl smiles, waves her blankie, and the race is on! :biker:

I've never been tired of the Fast & Furious movies. It's a great way to check your brain at the door for a couple of hours. That's what movies are meant to be, entertainment. If I want to see a serious drama I'll wait for the DVD. And as someone else pointed out, as long as they keep making money they'll make more.

You are right. This franchise is sort of like 6/5 blackjack.

You're missing out on great movies, unless sci-fi isn't your thing.

I like the franchise. Been getting a bit grandiose lately, but they've done a good job at keeping it entertaining.
