Fasbman spends almost a month on the road; starting with Vegas of course

As is traditional, I’m starting my trip report at Hobby Airport in Houston. The plan is to fly to Vegas, until the day after Thanksgiving, then fly to Fort Lauderdale. I will then board a seven day cruise, spend two days in Fort Lauderdale, and then take another 11 day cruise. Finally, I will fly back to Houston a few days before Christmas. Finally, I will be doing this trip with carry on luggage only.

Please join me on this whirlwind tour of North America as I battle the casinos on land and sea.

Stuck on the tarmac due to weather west of here.

I don’t recall all the ports, but Bahamas, St. Lucia and Dominica were on the list as I recall.

At VIP checkin. Only one person manning desk, so a bit of a line. Sat on tarmac for an hour due to regional flight control traffic issues due to a storm somewhere over Texas.

It looks like I have a cabin now. It’s 6071 on the e Eurodam. I can’t find my cabin number on the Konigsdam, but I know that it is the Neptune Suite on the 11th deck, Starboard by the bow of ship.

You’ll like the SS and Neptune suites. I can’t remember ours (awhile ago), but a deck below, iirc, on the “hump”.
