Our attorney general in Hawaii also said that they will go after these guys if they don't shut it down in Hawaii. Gambling is illegal in Hawaii so we don't have a lottery or anything. Bingo maybe but I'm not sure.

I enjoy playing on FD...I have won a couple hundred bucks a few times. One of my customers hit a $7000 win this past NFL season, the lucky SOB.

With that being said....if they would not have absolutely BLASTED the airwaves with ads at the beginning of the season the heat would not have been as hot as it turned out to be. I enjoy playing and I got sick of seeing the ads every six seconds. That coupled with the toolbag DK employee who said that he accessed the ownership percentages meant their glory days would be ending soon.

And the skill vs gambling argument is silly, IMO.

This game is both. You're gambling money on your skill to pick the correct team.
