I created my first ever Facebook account to play MyVegas, added 500+ friends to get all the friend bonus's, etc, etc. I used "MyVegas" as my middle name. At some point FB made me remove this and now the account just has my actual name.

My question is this: I now want to use a traditional Facebook account not connected to MyVegas and not including those friends added specifically for the game bonus's. How do I go about having two separate accounts considering all of Facebook's security protocols?

    thanks!

Pretty sure that you're only allowed one myVegas account per person, but you can link your accounts through the multiple apps.

Not sure that you can play the app on a 'fake' account, and then transfer rewards to your personal Facebook.

It breaks Facebook's terms of service to have more than one account.

so everyone with a MyVegas FB account combines their MyVegas friends with real life friends?

No, a lot of people may have 2 or more accounts so they can play the games on Facebook and will keep real life friends separate from MyVegas friends. The problem is, if Facebook catches your account, they can remove it. Typically, as long as you have a real name associated with the Facebook account, it doesn't raise that many red flags for them. Personally, I have a niece who has at least 5 FB accounts for some reason or another...

The only thing that you need different between the 2 is the email accounts associated with them. Though, make sure whatever email you used when redeeming is valid (and also associated with your mLife account) so you can receive the reward emails with their information.

Not quite. I had a Facebook account before MyVegas and I began playing MyVegas with it. For MyVegas Facebook friends, I have them in a group. When I post chip shares, I only post to that group. My actual friends cannot see that stuff.

Then I have a group for my friends that my normal posts go to. The MyVegas people cannot see those.

I also unfollow 99% of my MyVegas friends because I don't need to see what they are posting since I don't know these people.

I just tried to connect My vegas account to Facebook and lost everything. I had over 29,000 in reward chips. As anyone else had this problem or is this just a scam

And by "scam" he means that he didn't understand how to program works and managed to screw himself over and now pours his heart out by blaming someone besides himself.

Why not create a Facebook account and link the mobile?

In my case they were pretty much one and the same anyhow.
It is not a big deal to me...
