I have an offer from NYNY. Three nights a suite with FP and RC. This text is in the terms and conditions:

While Express Comps™ are discretionary; this offer includes expected earning and redemption of your Express Comps. If you choose not to use your Express Comps, components of this offer may change based on gaming activity.

Of course I will be playing, but never been a big spender. Do they ever charge you afterwards?
 
They've had that clause in their offers for 3 or 4 years now. I still don't think we've had anybody say they got charged back end after a no- or low-play trip.
