Enabling People to Charge to Your Room

I'll have 3 additional people I want to be able to charge to my room on my next trip in May. Is this something I do at check-in and do they need their id and a players card to show the check-in person ?
 
Like just about any hotel anywhere - you just tell them the name of the person allowed to charge to the room. Players card would have nothing to do with hotel charges. And, they do not need to show ID then, but might when they actually do a charge.
 
Thanks Nostresshere. That's what I was hoping for. I'll just drop them off at Vesper and go check in.
