How to get to Ellis Island from Harrahs

 

Exit onto strip. Take a left and go to corner of Flamingo turn Left. Walk along side oh Growell cross across flamingo whenever
Take a right on Koval it will be on your left
Not more than 10 minutes

 

Pull out smartphone
Open Uber/Lyft App
Select pick up location
Select drop off
Confirm the driver who arrived is your driver.
Enjoy the ride
Tip driver
Rate driver
Enjoy Ellis Island.

This. Go to the Cromwell on the Strip. Turn left. Walk to the stoplight at Koval (past the Westin hotel). You'll see it to your right on the across Koval past the gas station.

 

it is an easy walk if you don't have mobility issues. or maybe, walk there and Uber back.

Paying for Uber/Lyft will eat up any savings on the so called bargain steak dinner.

 

On foot, go to the door with the registration desk and taxi circle. Exit onto the streets in an easterly direction, same direction as the last hallway at Harrah's. Then look for Stage Door Deli off your right and you're halfway there.

 

I walked treasure island to Ellis last June in 110 degree heat. I suggest ducking in and out of every hotel along the way. You can get to back door of the cromwell without breaking a sweat. The hard part is from there no shade till arriving at Ellis.

 

You could take the Monorail at the Harrah's/Linq station and ride it down to Bally's. Then walk down the hall and out the back door of Ballys and walk the half block east to Ellis Island.
