I'd argue that a person at the front desk is pretty popular? And enough towels for everyone in the room to take a shower without sharing towels? Popular I'd think. A whole ounce of liquor in your $21 and up drink? Probably quite a lot of demand for that. I agree I think we see a mix of circumstance plus cost cutting, but the cost cutting is real and apparent. And if we are going to talk circumstance, covid, etc, it would be dishonest to leave out conditions at the competition, where people still run in to issues here and there, but Wynn, Cosmo, MLife, etc have all managed to maintain acceptable levels of service on the same street in the same town under the same conditions, so that weighs heavily in my opinion that "circumstance" is more of an excuse than a reason, and it just doesnt hold water when all CZR properties are experiencing this nosedive but no other properties in town are reflecting anything similar to this level.
