Maybe I should have posted this in the Comps section, but I figured there would be more Downtown folks here...

I need to book a room for July and I usually have a few nights free available at the El Cortez. I haven't received any mail offers, though, and you can't check your offers online anymore. Has anyone received their offers that far out?

If I've somehow lost the offer, will booking be able to look up my promo offers (assuming I still have some)?

July offers usually come in the mail in early May....

Thanks; I'll keep my eyes peeled.

They've been pretty consistent with us, vegasdev. Odd that mileage may vary.

I usually just call reservations they look me up. The one time I got a better offer after the fact I called back cancelled and changed.

Thanks! I'll probably give it another week or two and then just call.

In my experience, don't bother leaving voicemails for Nords. Just keep calling until he actually picks up.

Update: I grew impatient, so I called the player's club at the El Cortez. Easy process. They found my offer code quickly and transferred me to reservations and I'm booked.
I consistently have a three night offer for the El but was worried because we haven't been there for about 18 months. No worries, though; still had three nights ready to go.
