I just got diagnosed as Celiac. I’m going to Vegas next week. I’ve checked out the web and it has lists of restaurants that have Gluten-Free items on their menus. What about restaurants that don’t? I’ve read that lots of restaurants will try to accommodate or substitute items. I’ll be dining mostly in CET restaurants because have lots of comps there but I also occasionally eat elsewhere. I’d like knowing about people who have to eat Gluten Free what their experiences were eating at casino restaurants in Vegas, especially at CET restaurants.

Most places should try to accommodate you. I'd be sure to specifically tell the server you are Celiac when you order and not just say gluten free.

Boyd have a list at all their buffets that shows what their gluten free offerings are. No use to you if you are using credits, but thought I'd put it out there.

Just ask at CET. I'm sure they will have a list. I'm low fibre, not the same as as yours, but they have been good about it.

The friend I travel with most (twice a year) has celiac disease. We have never had a restaurant fail to accommodate us (knock on wood). Off the top of my head, I know we have been to the following restaurants and had good experiences:

    Mon Ami Gabi
    Ruth's Chris
    Fogo De Chao
    Carmine's
    Chipotle (haha)
    Gordon Ramsay Steak
    VooDoo Steak

Without me I know she has been to Bardot Brasserie, Mesa Grill, Border Grill and the tapas place in Aria (the name escapes me right now, but it's on the main casino level)

There are so many people with intolerances or allergies these days. I don't think you'll have trouble. Good luck and have fun!

I personally have no problem with gluten, my problem this summer will be finding a buffet that serves low sodium, low cholesterol food that my doctor prescribes. I take daily pills for both plus a cardio pill. i do that at home now, but i'm at a loss for "outdoor" food.
The only place that seems to be OK is like Subway with turkey and no mayo, no cheese, no anything else.......LOL.

Thanks everyone. I made reservations to Gordon Ramsay before reading the post by Echo27. It's good to know, they accommodate Celiacs.

Todd English PUB has their gluten-free items noted on the menu.

Our server at Javier's in Aria did a great job suggesting gluten free menu items.
