Sort of out of your parameters as it's a little farther at the mall connected to Planet Hollywood and it opens at 8:30am. Las Pampas. I enjoyed it bc I destroy then at that price point with AYCE Picanha and the buffet food is just a bonus:

Sweet sassy molassey. $9.95? That's fantastic. Admittedly more expensive than the scrambled eggs and bacon I'd make at home, but far less expensive than just about any cafe on the Strip.
