OK, I haven't paid for a room at Vegas Boyd in 20 years or more and won't be in the foreseeable future. But my sister-in-law wants to join us on one of our Fall trips. Can I pay for her room with my B Connected points? In the past, I would just arrange for a 4Q room comp, but I'm now on the buy one, get one night list. Not complaining, I know I have short played them for years and the days of 3 free nights are gone.
You could convert points to cash. Does your wife get any offers at MSS? Last trip I booked a room for Kim and I under Kim's account and then booked another room under my account (for our son to stay in). All comped, however we did play on both accounts during the trip. Booked through a host.
You can book multiple rooms under your own name, one comped, one casino rate. At the end, you can get both comped or pay with credit card. As Ty already said, points and cash are the same thing. I would not pay anything except food with my points.
This is a vague recollection but I don't think you can pay points at Boyd at checkout. I'm not sure why I think that though. I agree with JeJas though - if only use my points on food because of the discount.
NORMAL people can't..but this is the "King of MSS" were talking about so anything is possible...however I'd just pay casino rate rather than burn like $300 worth of points...either way I guess..but those points are better spent towards food at 60% discounted
Joe I would call. I like you book through the host but also have offers via website and post office. I always wondered if I could double book using my printed offers when already being comped upfront by host. (My offers are still on-line even though I have an existing reservation via host). Good luck and good for your SiL to be active and accompanying you both.
