I woke at 4 am, had breakfast in the room thanks to Great Buns Bakery from yesterday. Before I slept, I went back down to the casino about 10 p.m. for a quick hit and run at craps. The table was only a $10 minimum so I bought in for $600. PSO and then PSO and then..... PSO.... gggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I hate myself and I hate Las Vegas.

I was only playing pass line and minimum inside so the damage was only about $150 after many craps on the come out rolls. So the dice came to me and I upped my pass line to $20 and the point was 9. I put $50 in odds and $30 each on the 5, 6 and 8. I hit 3 place bets and then the 9..... excellent. I had everything back plus a small profit. I rolled and the point again was a 9.... I threw 15 times and was hitting craps, 4 and 10, and then 7 for the loss.

I was going to pack it in and try to sleep but the woman who was going to shoot was very pretty in a wholesome way. I figured it best to stay and get to know her -- I mean play some more. She hit 3 points and several place bet numbers and after the third point, I bought my bets down because I had that bad feeling. Sure enough PSO after she set 8 as the point.

I ended up with a profit of $100 and that was fine with me. So I talked to the shooter and bought her a drink. She is beautiful. She is funny. I am enraptured.

She asked if I was staying in the Plaza and I was hoping she was interested in a tour of the renovated rooms.... and that she was not working....

She said she has to get back to her friends but would love to see me on Saturday to play craps. I love Las Vegas. I love myself.

P.S. I woke to a text from her, so she might be the next ex-wife someday. We will see how things go ;)

P.P.S. And for @EastCoastVegasFan! , she is not asian.

Following along for the ride. Love reading the swings between tossin' hundo's around like they are cards from the porn slappers to only having pocket lint. Reminds me of myself on any given day in the motherland. Keep it comin' you Degen you.

    And then depression set it......

I played at the Plaza before I went out for the day at 6 a.m. I won a little and then did so again at the Main Street Station.

I played slot free play at MSS, the Cal, Binion's, Four Queens, and the Golden Gate. No wins to speak of. Sigh....

I played craps at Golden Gate and lost $200, which was not so bad considering how cold the table was. So I ran back to the Plaza and we were going up and down without too many losses when the bottom fell out. I lost $1,000.00 and sought out my new lady friend for solace. She came to the Plaza and we spent the day together. We even hit the Wynn weekend brunch buffet. It was very good and the wait in line was only about 20 minutes. They have nearly the same offerings as dinner with a third of the wait time.

We enjoyed the food and talking. As we were leaving I heard the words that will chill my bones for year: "I have always wanted to play craps at the Wynn"

So we bought in at a $25 minimum table and I lost $500 before I could focus. It was a nice table, amazing crew, but cold as ice. ....

I fled back to the Plaza and went fully on tilt. I won back about $500 in 45 minutes. I then walked to the Cal for ice cream (yes, it is that good) and I played at the MSS for a profit of $250.

All said, I am up about $500 for the trip. I have eaten well, had a wonderful time, made new friends and enjoyed a whirlwind romance as it were ;) Life is good but I wish I had stopped playing this morning. I am sure no one else here ever regretted continuing to pay after winning, only to get a swift kick to the old beanbags.

I will play a little more before eating a late dinner to use up my $20 food credit. I was going to watch the UFC fight, but I am getting tired and Maricel would prefer to walk around on Fremont Street to watch the weirdos.

I love meeting new people in Vegas. There have been a few I’ve randomly met there, and have scheduled to meet back. Had a blast. You should do the same.

Yes, I spent the weekend with the young woman and we will keep in touch to see what happens.

Other than that, the weekend landed with a THUD!! I could not win and was too stubborn to stop playing. It was a slow and rather gripping descent. I finally went to sleep at 2 am Sunday morning when the beautiful woman dragged me away with promises of snuggling. Finally a win! lol

Sleeping at 2 still led to waking at 4 am for am 8 am flight. I was up as usual so I decided to check out and drive around the strip while it was quiet and dark.

I checked out of the hotel while the clerk in front of me spent 15 minutes telling the tall young gentleman that "we swiped the card 4 times and it was denied anytime." Not a good morning for him.

I got the car and decided to drive to MSS where I played craps for 10 minutes. The kid shooting looked very young, as did hit very thin, very tattooed girlfriend. He was betting the Don't Pass but rolled 10 minutes hitting inside numbers and 3 points. I cashed out +$250. Not a bad way to end things.

Then I did the drive down the Strip and it was as nice as always. There were the working girls looking for that last bit of income; the midwestern couple enjoying a walk without having to milk the cows; the very odd middle eastern group of 7 men looking for "something" as they wear sunglasses and gold near the Venetian, Wynn and Encore.

Since it was about 5:00 a.m., I decided to hit the graveyard special at the South Point's Coronado Cafe. I LOVE the South Point and think I might give them a stay next time. The casino and restaurants are huge and sprawling, but very clean and there is no overwhelming stink from smoke if disinfectant. And of course the steak and eggs special was a huge WIN!!

After that, I filled up the car and returned it to the airport car rental area. Everything was fine and I was in good spirits until the clerk said I had a dent on the front passenger side of the car. I walked to look at there was a VERY small door ding type of mark that they always tell me dont need to be noted when picking up the cars. I have rented cars in Las Vegas for 20 years and it has never been a problem.

I called bullshit and said that little imperfection was NOT my fault and that I refuse to pay for it. I drive the car very little in Las Vegas and park them in safe places. There was no way I would cause damage, and besides, a door ding is ridiculous when it is very tiny and the paint was not even chipped or scratched.

Of course I had to fill out some form but I will fight it to the death. Budget rentals have been fine in the past but they better not press this issue. I even pay for the more expensive gas near the airport to make sure it is full lol.

Sorry this trip report was not too detailed. I was sucked in the gravitational pull of cleavage and very happy. Next time when I am alone and angry, I will be more snarky :)

    Loved your trip report.

I even had a few laugh out loud moments.
