My husband and I plan to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with a trip to Mandalay Bay. We have never stayed there. We will be driving from Texas. Once we are there, we plan to park our car and use Uber if needed. Does anyone have advice or tips on how to get to Mandalay Bay?

There's nothing special involved. Follow your navi/phone GPS. Great property, have a good time there!

Yup, nothing special. Assuming you will be going west on I215 (coming from Arizona), turn right on LV Boulevard and look for the left turn sign into MB. Btw, you'll pass the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign en route.

As said, GPS is the best. I would take a minute and look at the map online just for reference. maps.google.com is awesome for lots of stuff like this

What city are you coming from? Will you be taking the 40 West or 10 West? How many hours/days are you allotting for the drive to and fro?

Most importantly, enjoy the road trip!

    From the I-215 exit:
Proceed north to Hacienda Ave (1.7 miles past the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign).
Turn L at Hacienda Ave, and pass under the "Shoppes at Mandalay Place" walkover.
Turn L at the stoplight immediately past the walkover into the Mandalay Bay/Delano parking garage. Follow the signs to the self-parking area.

Here's the closeup Google map of the directions above (highlighted blue on the map):

h0llywood, will probably be coming in from Kingman. We have driven to Vegas lots of times, but usually stay off the strip. Thank you for your help.
