Table Games Downtown Grand reduces number of table games and table hours

Wonder what time the $5 craps opens and then changes to $10 craps on the Monday - Wednesday

It is following Main Street Station's steps.
Soon enough, there will be no table games in weekdays

I just left there yesterday. Big advertisement outside for $5 craps. It was $10 ninety percent of the time. Freedom beat restaurant is closed Monday thru Thursday as well. A bartender also told me they almost got sold to Penske(?) but the deal fell thru over plumbing costs or something. This company who I guess owns Rolling Stone Magazine had big plans to make it into a Circa type place. The Bartender said people don't realize how much land the group that has DTG has in that area between parking garage, the area across the street.

In the mornings they only had half the table open then it was $10. Briefly in the afternoon they had a whole table at $5 but then it switched to $10 again pretty quick. This was on Wednesday and Thursday.

Vital Vegas tweeting rumor that Freedom Beat about to shutter

You mean to tell me that if a table is hopping at 2am, they will just close it?

100%. I have been there when it happens. Full table, everyone having fun. Dead stop close it. All the dealers are done with scheduled shift.
My local casino that I like shuts it down at 2am, but if it was busy they'd keep it going sometimes with dealers volunteering to stay.

Anyone know if the hours have changed again? Their website shows tables opening at 11am now on M-F.
And with that, $5 live craps? Still an enigma despite the advertising?

Those 'new' posted hours are the best they have had in years. I will be in there next month. Will try to do an update of what I see. I'm sure someone will get there before me though.

I received confirmation from their marketing coordinator that the hours on the website are the most current up-to-date information available.

My experience last week at DTG was the following: They open the table at $5 with people waiting for it to open. Then immediately raise it to $10 and grandfather in the people that opened it. So unless you get there at 10:59am for the table to open, its $10 all the time.
