i thought I saw a similar thread awhile ago, but now I can’t find it. Sorry for the repetition , but for the 40 some years I’ve gone to Vegas, we’ve never had breakfast downtown. That’s about to change in Sept ,What are your favs. Thanks everyone!
Oh by the way, only 39 days before the girls trip. (Not that I’m counting or anything )

This is original Hawaiian fast food: Loco Moco. Fried eggs on a hamburger patty on rice covered with brown gravy. Find it at Aloha Specialties upstairs at the California. The runnier the yolks the better.

Coffee shop upstairs at 4Queens which is reasonably priced if you had to pay for it. Discount with players card. The pancakes are shareable. And real 1/2&1/2 available for coffee.

I couldn't have said it better except to add that the cafe's name is Magnolia's.

I’ll put in a rec for EAT on E Carson. A quick walk to the block parallel to Fremont.

In a word...awesome. It’s not your traditional eggs and waffles place but what they got they do very well.

EAT is the best. If all you want is a donut there is a famous and very good shop near downtown but the name is escaping me.

MSS buffett. You can find coupons. A good deal, esp if you get weekend brunch.

Does EAT accept comps from D/GG the way 4th & Carson does?

    Can I just move here?

Since the demise of Bay City Diner/DuPar's, Magnolia's has become my go-to for breakfast.
But I've had breakfast at the D's diner (up the escalator, make a u-turn...go past the Sigma Derby) a few times as well, using up food-credits.
    (PS - Magnolia's is better).
