    1200+ jobs is nothing to sneeze at, but overall it doesn't really look like this investment is paying off so far.

    I've made a few trips downtown, and always have plans to go check out this new area, but I haven't made it there yet. Perhaps I should do it soon before they pull the plug.

    I wonder what it would like like if he hadn't spent all that money though.

    It's nice to see someone trying visionary things like this with their Silicon Valley windfalls!
