Downtime postponed until Tue 1/24/17

    We're going to have a couple hours of downtime overnight, either into 1/21 or 1/22. We're getting some hardware upgrades and then an upgrade of the OS that runs the server.

    Expected downtime is approximately 2 hours.

    Unfortunately, I'm not in control of the schedule as they are doing the whole facility. They are telling me that this will happen overnight, when traffic is low. Hopefully nobody will notice. :)

    If I get an update on exact times, I'll be sure to post it here.

    I will break into my VMB winter emergency kit:

    2 back issues of mLife magazine
    Vegas-themed knock-off Rubik's cube
    bag of chocolate coins I purchased at LAS before flying home a few years ago

    That should help me survive the two hours!

    This has been postponed until Tuesday, 1/24. I'm trying to get them to narrow down the window of time for this and will update when I have more information.
